Twenty four years ago, the Tokyo Crusaders RFC, managed by Ian and Kyoko Brahne, kicked off its 1st Season of rugby, playing its first ever game, against C Itoh RFC on this day, the 23rd of September 1990.
Our jerseys were not quite ready for this game so, we all played in whatever we had at hand.
The final score was 20 – 8 to the Tokyo Crusaders RFC.
Congratulations to all the former and current players and supporters for everything they have done for the Club over the past 24 years.
