TRAINING
If you’d like to train with the Crusaders—whether to prepare for upcoming fixtures or simply to build general fitness—we run regular training sessions throughout the season (August to early December, and mid-January to June).
Training is usually held on Wednesday or Thursday evenings in central Tokyo, from 19:00–20:30. Please refer to the calendar above for upcoming sessions, or feel free to get in touch via Instagram, Facebook, or email (join@tokyocrusaders.com) to confirm the details.
Players of all levels and experience are welcome. Sessions typically include basic drills and fitness work, finishing with a game of touch. More often than not, some of the pack are also keen for a beer or two afterwards.
Please come along. We’d love to see you there.
