Vivement le prochain match contre Komaba 😎 ____________________________________________________________________________ It is on a beautiful autumn day, between two Typhoons🌀 that the second game of the shuto league🗼 is played, opposing the defending champions🏆 – Tokyo Crusaders – against the Zenkai Beers 🐻. The troops answered the call for this second game with 28 players on the sheet. The opportunity for some to wear the sky blue jersey for the first time. The match started very well for the Crus, with a first try scored by Tom Cocks, the green giant 🔩. Followed by Aaron, who hurts his ankle as he flattens the ball. The forwards are efficient, well guided by the number nine of the day: Kurihara Ken, who was also a scorer in the 1st half 🎯 (11 points). We will also note the good first half of the two new centers: Tamiana & Sean 💪 who made their physical appearance to bend the opposing defense. The two teams split at the break with a score of 26-5. After some incomprehensible comments from Chris (probably in Irish Gaelic🙉), Sean, the manager of the team changes the whole back line. This fresh blood will make the difference against the brave Zenkai Beers, however the second half begins in favor of our Japanese opponents who score after a large number of fouls from the Crusaders. But the explosive hinge made up of our two young Englishmen – Jacob & Matt 🤕 – will put the team back in the direction of the market, Brandon & Jacob will register 2 tries each then our favorite Irishman who was playing his last match in Japan – Chris O ‘Sullivan 󾓩 will score 18 points. The Crusaders are going too fast at the end of the game. The team won their second game 69-10 and shared the first place in the pool with All Jin Jan. The 3rd half was like the first two, full of enthusiasm! After a very good and very watered 🍺🍾🍻 okonomiyaki organized by the entertainment team (Reece & Hugo), the bravest ended the evening in Roppongi, always respecting the barrier gestures 😷 … Can’t wait for the next match against Komaba 😎
